Hospitality : all the staff, manager, House Keeping, etc are perfect. Arrangement and coordination: everything was in order and well arranged. At the end we would like to thank our lovely GRO (Ibu Anis) who caused us feel at home. She is really friendly and caring and we will never forget her hospitality. Activities and entertainment : all the sea games, live music, spa, etc are great and well organized. we had a great and pleasant time at Pulau Umang Resort & SPA. Overall we are highly satisfied with all the services, activities, hospitality and coordination. Highly recommend Umang Resort for these looking for a relaxing and great vacation.

Crew helpful. Beach + outdoor activities are well manage. Generally : The island is very beautiful, Can be more famous with good management. The whether is unpredictable, but it's ok, as long as indoor facilities are good, surely we can enjoy our holidays.
